The enzymes in the SMOOTHIE (the ELECTRIC SOUP) last only 1/2 hour).
This is the basic recipe of the ELECTRIC SOUP. You can add fruits in season, trying them one at a time.
The only things you cannot substitute or eliminate in this recipe are the boiled watermelon juice, organic Red or Yellow Delicious apples, ripe papaya and baby greens or young kale, collards, dandelion*, lambsquarter, purslain, etc,, dulse, homemade sauerkraut and fermented grain or cabbage juice (see Brenda Cobb’s website for recipe).
*dandelion is the weed/herb of choice in the U.S. – you will find them in Whole Foods or grow them!
1 tbsp. soaked-for-10 minutes organic whole flax seeds for each person; temporarily SUBSTITUTE: hemp or chia seeds, if flax is not available
2 organic Red or Yellow Delicious apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Dulse, 1 small handful of leaves (not flakes), rinsed well – rinse and roll into a ball the size of one’s palm indentation
Red watermelon chunks with the white rind (not skin) used too; juice and boil for 1 minute. Cool in fridge
2 cups gently packed dandelion or baby greens (not spinach or watercress) – Publix and other places have their brands of Herb Salad Mix, triple washed, with no spinach
10 fresh (or dried rehydrated) organic figs, to get you alkaline asap
21 organic fresh plums or prunes, rehydrated (soaked in water overnight)
2 oz. (¼ cup) avocado diced and sprinkled on top of the bowl of the ELECTRIC SOUP in the a.m.
12 organic (I know! They are expensive, but worth it if you can get some really raw – from Canada!) almonds soaked for up to 2 days, rinsed a couple of times a day and then finally rinsed, blended with fresh water into a cream, and folded into the ELECTRIC SOUP and eaten in the p.m.
1/4th of a cup of sauerkraut – see Brenda Cobb’s website, or the Instituto de Ann Wigmore, Puerto Rico
1/4th of a cup of fermented grain or cabbage juice – see Brenda Cobb’s website or the Instituto de Ann Wigmore, Puerto Rico
ADVANCE: Make sauerkraut 3 days ahead and make fermented cabbage juice or grain juice 2 days ahead
1. Bring the organic whole flax seeds back to life by soaking them in water and leave in the sun for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, every seed will sweat out oil. You can refrigerate everything (seeds + oil + water) for use later. Use the oil left on the sides of the glass for hand lotion.
2. Take an amount of dulse that is small enough to fit in the hollow/ palm of your hand. Clean it in a bowl of water. Swish the dulse around with your hand to loosen any fine sand, seashells or salt that might be trapped in the dulse. Throw away the water. Ball the wet dulse in the palm of your hand and add to the blender.
3. Remove the skin and white part from the red watermelon. The white part can be juiced or blended. This juice is good for hypoglycemia. Cut the watermelon into chunks. Juice or blend the pink part first, then the white. Place in non-metal pan and boil for 1 minute. Cool. Refrigerate.
4. Gently pack the greens in a large glass measuring cup until the 2-cup line.
5. Soak the fresh figs in a bowl of water. Soak overnight. Discard the water. NOTE: reduce the figs as your body gets more alkaline. A sign that you are getting more alkaline is when you are beginning to find the figs too sweet. When 10 figs have become too sweet for you, it is time to reduce the number of figs to 9, then 8, etc. until you no longer use them unless In the future you are too acid again, and then you repeat.
6. Soak the organic almonds two days in water, rinsing every half a day and changing water in the bowl. Blend with fresh water into a cream.
7. Soak the organic prunes overnight in water and then drain and discard the water.
1. Puree the apples, dulse and red watermelon in a high speed blender in the fermented grain or cabbage juice until smooth and you no longer see the dulse.
2. Add the whole soaked flax seeds with the soaking water to the blender and puree.
3. Add the greens a little bit at a time to the blender and puree.
4. Add the figs to the blender and puree. (we’re talking baby food smooth, here!)
5. In the a.m.: Put the ELECTRIC SOUP in bowls, top with 2 oz. (each serving) of diced avocado and sauerkraut per bowl, and serve. You may also wish to blend the sauerkraut, but NOT THE AVOCADO in the ELECTRIC SOUP.
6. In the p.m.: Put THE ELECTRIC SOUP in bowls, top with 2 oz. (each serving) of almond cream and sauerkraut per bowl and serve. You may blend both in the ELECTRIC SOUP, if desired.
A.M. DIETARY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. TO DISSOLVE OLD OILS, FATS AND CHOLESTEROL (ANYTHING WITH A FACE OR THAT HAD A MOTHER) FOODS: THIS INCLUDES DEAD PROTEINS/OIL COMBINATIONS, LIKE NUTS AND SEEDS THAT HAVEN’T BEEN PRE-SOAKED, I.E. CANNED TAHINI, ROASTED NUTS AND SEEDS, RICE (EVEN BROWN) WITH ADDED OILS: (WEIGHT ABOVE THE WAIST, HEART DISEASE, CANCER, LUPUS and other AUTO IMMUNE DISEASES, OR HIGH CHOLESTEROL): Drink freshly squeezed organic or perfectly ripe (no blue-green showing on skin) home ripened pineapple juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning . Use the pulp immediately to massage into areas that have decreased circulation or blockages (tumors, loss of feeling, etc.) Allow 30 minutes to pass before ingesting anything else that is on the program. If you have cancer, lupus or any other auto immune disease or heart disease, DO NOT USE the avocado until well, and carefully monitor that only 2 oz.(a scant 1/4th of a cup of the soaked, rinsed and blended with fermented liquid almond cream (12 almonds) are used daily. Stay warm (85 F) with overheating baths, far infrared sauna sessions, heat pads, multiple natural fiber light blankets so the dissolved fats can leave through your clean pores as you sweat, urinate and defecate.***
2. TO DISSOLVE TOO MUCH SALT (HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE): Salt constricts your capillaries and the blood has a hard time flowing. Drink the boiled and cooled watermelon juice, freshly prepared. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
3. TO ASSIMILATE PROTEIN WHEN YOU’VE EATEN TOO MUCH (MORE THAN 3-4 OZ., (symptoms: OSTEOPOROSIS AND OTHER INFLAMMATORY DISEASES, including HEART DISEASE and CANCERS): Make the ELECTRIC SOUP with RED BELIZ, CENTRAL OR SOUTH AMERICAN PAPAYA (NON-ORGANIC NORTH AMERICAN PAPAYA IS DANGEROUSLY CONTAMINATED WITH INSECTICIDE AND PESTICIDES) and Red or Yellow Delicious apples or boiled, cooled watermelon in season. Do not use the avocado until you are well. Stay warm. Chew each mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing.
4. TO DETOXIFY DENATURED GRAINS (PASTA, COOKIES, CEREALS, FLOURED BREADS, CRACKERS, PIZZA CRUST, ETC.), SNACKS AND DESSERTS MADE WITH FLOUR: I.E. CHIPS (CORN OR POTATO FLOUR, CRUST: GRAIN & VEGETABLE STARCHES, INCLUDING ACID DENATURED SOY OR RICE BI-PRODUCTS, LIKE FAKE CHEESE & OTHER MEAT ANALOGS, I.E. LUNCHMEATS, TOFURKY, BOLOGNA, TVP, CANNED TAHINI, VEGGIBURGERS, etc.: (symptom: WEIGHT AT AND BELOW THE WAIST): on the first day of the diet, eat 6 (soaked OVERNIGHT in water and drained/rehydrated) ORGANIC prunes blended with the ELECTRIC SOUP.
On the 2nd day or meal, blend 5 prunes. (Some people like to eat the ELECTRIC SOUP more than twice a day)
On the 3rd day or meal, blend 4 prunes blended with the ELECTRIC SOUP.
On the 4th day, or meal, blend 3 prunes blended with the ELECTRIC SOUP.
On the 5th day, or meal, blend 2 prunes blended with the ELECTRIC SOUP.
On the 6th day, or meal, blend 1 prune blended with the ELECTRIC SOUP
On the 7th day, or meal, blend the ELECTRIC SOUP without added prunes.
5. TO ADD total B-COMPLEX VITAMINS to REGENERATE NERVES, MUSCLES, SKIN, HAIR, NAILS, add 1/4th cup of no salt, homemade sauerkraut* or fermented sprouted grain or cabbage liquid to the ELECTRIC SOUP

6. TO NEUTRALIZE STRONTIUM 90 IN CT SCANS, XRAYS, etc.: ADD PARSLEY OR CILANTRO TO TASTE
P.M. DIETARY INSTRUCTIONS:
Take the ELECTRIC SOUP with Almond Cream gently folded in. Chew each mouthful 30 times before swallowing.
To make the Almond Cream: Almonds turn into cream when they are soaked in water overnight or up to two days. Rinse them and add fresh water after every six hours. Soak the almonds overnight or up to two days to get rid of the tannic acid. Throw the original soaking and subsequent rinsing waters away. Then keep rinsed almonds in a bowl of water that just covers the almonds in the fridge until they are needed. Do not soak or make for more than 2 days at a time. NOTE: as long as the almonds are soaked & rinsed, the skins of the almonds can stay on.
ABOUT the DIVINE MATRIX SMOOTHIE
• It’s a complete meal – the easiest to digest complete QUANTUM NUTRITION nourishment
• Easiest to digest – the villi in your small intestine that absorb all of your nutrients can’t absorb ‘chunks’ of food. The blended or juiced forms provide instant assimilation. It’s not what you eat; it’s what you assimilate that heals. This is electric food. Electricity cannot go through oil or fat to nourish your heart muscles. Only electric food can provide this electricity, which also transports oxygen to your organs’ muscles’ and nerves’ cells.
• It took us 50 years to perfect this, and Dr. Lerman, the Chief of Medical Nutrition at Boston College tested it and found it to be a complete meal in itself, used with the fermented grain liquid and sauerkraut
• If you are not used to eating healthy, take the ELECTRIC SOUP as your daily meal for 3 weeks to break the old habit of unhealthy eating. The cravings will disappear. When you are accustomed to eating healthy, you can take this ELECTRIC SOUP as often as you want. You will not be hungry, but you must eat daily from 16 ounces to 32 ounces.
• Chew each mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing
• You can use substitute ingredients but the only ingredients you can’t substitute in the ELECTRIC SOUP are the boiled watermelon, organic Red or Yellow Delicious apples or organic papaya, flax seeds, dulse, & baby weeds and/or greens, young kale, home made sauerkraut, and fermented grain or cabbage juice! J
RECIPE FOR GREEN JUICE
1/4 peeled organic cucumber juice
1/4 organic celery (remove strings as much as possible) juice
1/4 buckwheat greens at least 7 days old, juice (or pea shoots)
1/4 sunflower greens at least 7 days old) juice
NOTE: use the vegetables above to create a juice to use fresh on and off each day. Do not store. Again, make fresh each time and ‘eat’ (chew each mouthful at least 30 times before you swallow it) within half an hour: In other words, at least 25% of the jar is cucumber juice, 25% is celery, 25% is buckwheat or pea baby greens, and 25% is sunflower baby greens. This is electric food.
• Figs make the body more alkaline. Figs will get you to Ph-7 quickly.
• Any fruit that doesn’t have thick skin (e.g., watermelon) doesn’t have to be organic. Put another
way, you don’t have to use organic fruit if you can’t get it. If the fruit has a thin skin, just peel it thickly. Watermelon needs to be juiced and boiled for 1 minute before using.
• Xylitol is the only sugar that prevents and stops cavities. Look for this ingredient in toothpaste.
• Organic grapes can keep you awake during long drives because they contain 50% fructose.*
• 1 tbsp flax seed a day keeps your cholesterol down. You can take soaked for 10 minutes and blended flax seed to keep your body warm in winter as you lose fat – Refined flax oil is not good for you. Bugs can’t live in it and cellular electricity can’t pulse through it.
• ***To facilitate a store bought (blue/green and acid) pineapple in getting ripe, puncture holes in the bottom of the pineapple stem area using the tines of a fork, then submerge the base of pineapple in 1 inch of water and leave under the sun for a few days until pineapple ripens. It will turn ripe yellow after a few days. Drink the Juice only. DO NOT eat the pulp. If you eat the pulp, it will hurt (dissolve and scratch it and make you bleed internally) the lining of your intestinal tract –. The pulp is good to rub ON your skin for 10 minutes to dissolve fat that is clogging up your pores and dissolve scars. Do not leave on for more than 10 minutes when it becomes very acid. Rinse skin well. To re-grow hair: Men and women use it to put on their bald spots for 10 minutes, massaging well during that time, and rinsing well a couple of times afterwards.
• Dulse is a good source of minerals and trace minerals. Good for the heart, nerves, muscles, skin, hair. You may blend a spoonful in a cup of water and pour into a gallon of distilled water to drink if you have no fermented grain or fermented cabbage juice yet.
• Wheatgrass juice must be chewed in the mouth a full 2 minutes before swallowing. Implant the juice rectally, after first cleaning out with an enema of non-chlorine plain warm water, and then massage your colon counter-clockwise. Wheatgrass juice lasts only 20 minutes, and then you lose its nutrients. It cannot be transported. It must be used immediately. It dies in 15 min.
• You absorb vitamins in the roof of your mouth. You absorb minerals under the tongue.
Therefore, chewing any juice at least 30 times before swallowing allows the nutrients in the juice
to enter the body through the roof of the mouth (vitamins) and underneath the tongue (minerals) for faster absorption. If you don’t chew at least 30 times, the food nutrients just go down your tube too quickly for you to assimilate them, and cause gas because they are not properly ensalivated.
• When you need healing, eat at least 2 packs of dark leafy greens (not spinach or watercress) a day blended with boiled cooled watermelon juice, soaked flax seed, rinsed dulse and love.
• Almond is the only alkaline nut besides macademia (which is very expensive). Soak raw organic almonds up to 2 days in water for at least 6 hours or overnight, changing water twice a day until they become sweet. Never eat almonds unsoaked. Don’t eat more than 12 almonds at a meal.
. Never mash or puree avocado in a blender because it becomes a saturated fat.
• Apples and ripe papaya are the only fruits and watermelon is the only fruit-like vegetable that you can combine successfully with greens
• Never mix seeds and nuts with avocado; exceptions are soaked and blended flax, hemp or chia.
• You cannot culture germs in your body if you have no mucus. Therefore, DO not use mucus-producing foods, e.g., DO not use dairy products, egg albumen and grain flours.
• You cannot regenerate cells if you eat cooked or old processed food, which degenerates.
• Good seeds can be purchased from http://www.seedsavers.com or http://www.bestseeds.com.
• Vitamix heats the food up too much many times and kills the enzymes. See if you can purchase an old blender in a thrift store.
• Dr. Hulda Clark’s http://www.drclarkstore.com herbal parasites cleanse kit ($23) kills the parasites which harbor the bacteria and viruses: green black walnut, wormwood & cloves. Fresh wheatgrass juice also does this.
• If your New Year’s food had lots of salt, drink boiled watermelon juice within 2 hours after the meal to dissolve the excess salt in your body. If the food you ate had lots of fat (e.g., desserts), drink sweet freshly made (within 10 minutes) pineapple juice) to dissolve the fat you just ingested—or else take the CHI soup, adding more soaked flax seed to it than usual. Too much protein? Eat blended ripe papaya. (see above)
• Eating is not rational, it’s emotional: Eat then, in the emotions of love and appreciation, devotion and bliss. Whatever you are feeling when you eat will ‘program’ the cells with that emotion.
• You can combine many raw foods and have them taste good by juicing them or by using a blender. Who wants to chew salad until its water? I don’t! Juice, better blend them.
• Watermelon and figs are great for promoting a healthy prostate in men.
For your family or other transition eaters, (not for you who are on this detox program):
There is no benefit to eyes if the carrots you eat are eaten raw whole or cooked. The carrots must be juiced, and the juice drunk immediately if you want to improve your vision. This is like cabbage juice that must be drunk immediately if you want to cure an ulcer.
After soaking beans, seeds, nuts, pulses (i.e. lentils) in water, always throw the water away. Cooking them in the soaking water will lead to arthritic-like pains. Rinse well and add new water. Cook thoroughly, cool and then reheat to kill parasite eggs in the center of the beans/pulses. You must just bless the foods you give your family that they want. Beans have a complicated combination of proteins and starches that cannot be separated. Better for you are the greens. More available protein.
Animal fat can be sweated out. Clarified or heated vegetable oil can NOT be sweated out easily – it has to be chelated/dissolved out with freshly made (within 10 minutes) home-ripened pineapple juice. Don’t use either form of fat/oil: the former, because of the karma; the latter, because both dissolve the arteries’ lining and is the beginning of heart disease, PAD, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, etc. Read “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., Cleveland Clinic.
• 15 minutes on the trampoline is equivalent to 25 minutes of high-impact aerobic exercise. Bend knees and bounce up and down gently. Just raise your heels up and down to create the bounce.
After 15 minutes, cool down by bouncing slightly with flat feet and bent knees on the trampoline for 5 minutes.
Should be all cotton. No plastic: no lycra, polyester, elastic, nylon, etc. Don’t mix linen or hemp with wool. Line each with cotton. Wear 100% cotton underwear with no elastic in the waist or thigh. Use a cotton cord to tie, like the yoga pants have. There is much research indicting bras and dairy with breast cancer. The bras cut off the circulation, and so do the dairy products. Supermen: to prevent prostate cancer, wear button tab under shorts, flare legs, for the same reasons as you stop using all dairy including products listing casein or whey.
Buster Brown socks are all cotton. There is no elastic or nylon in the ankle, heel or toe to cut off your circulation, make your feet swell, and interfere with the flow of your chi/electric energy.
